BiGreen Second Life Stretch film: Plastotecnica stretch film containing 60% of polyethylene from recycling processes. It is available for both automatic and manual application and, in the latter version, also without the cardboard core.

The BiGreen Second Life stretch film is Plastotecnica’s latest innovation as regards its most sustainable solutions dedicated to industrial sectors. This film was developed by our R&D department thanks to the experience and know-how of our technicians, and it is obtained from the use of recycled materials, designed in collaboration with selected partners.

The use of recycled polyethylene reduces CO2 emissions and the dependence of virgin raw materials from fossil sources, reducing the amount of waste and promoting the development of a circular economy for flexible packaging.

For the principles of transparency and safety that characterize us, we have obtained the Plastic Second Life Mixeco certificate for the BiGreen Second Life stretch film. This label – issued by IPPR – certifies the recycled content and the traceability of materials made using polymers derived from domestic and / or industrial waste.

FOLLOW THE LOGO – The BiGreenbrand arises from the need to give an identity to the various projects developed in recent years by our laboratories in the field of sustainable products. Within the BiGreen range there are products made with raw materials coming from recycling processes (BiGreen Second Life), and those with polyethylene from renewable sources (BiGreen Bio-Based). For both lines, stretch film and blown film are available.
